Mezcal Mule

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 1 ½ oz Mezcal Unión Joven
• ½ oz lime juice
• 3 oz ginger beer
• Chili powder
• Cucumber
• Ginger

Instructions

1. In a shaker, combine mezcal and lime juice
2. Add ice and shake until cold
3. Strain into a mule mug, add ice, and top with ginger beer
4. Garnish with the sliced cucumber, ginger, and a sprinkle of chili powder
