Plum Drum Prosecco Smash

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 plums
• 6 thyme sprigs
• 1 lemon
• 2 oz simple syrup
• 1 bottle prosecco

Instructions

1. Peel and chop two plums
2. Muddle plums with the thyme, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
3. Add ice and shake
4. Strain into a mason jar and top with prosecco
5. Garnish with plum slices and thyme sprig
